🔹 Articles क्या होते हैं? (What are Articles?)

Articles वे शब्द होते हैं जो संज्ञा (Noun) के पहले लगाए जाते हैं ताकि यह स्पष्ट किया जा सके कि वह संज्ञा सामान्य (general) है या विशेष (specific)।
🔸 Articles का प्रयोग किसी व्यक्ति, वस्तु या स्थान के बारे में बोलते समय उसे परिचित (known) या अपरिचित (unknown) दर्शाने के लिए किया जाता है।

🔹 Articles के प्रकार (Types of Articles):

Articles तीन प्रकार के होते हैं:

1. अनिश्चित (Indefinite)	A, An	एक (Any one, कोई एक)
2. निश्चित (Definite)	The	वह (वह विशेष जो पहले से ज्ञात हो)

🟢 1. Indefinite Articles – A / An (अनिश्चित अनुच्छेद)

"A" और "An" का प्रयोग सामान्य (any one) वस्तु, व्यक्ति, जानवर या स्थान के लिए होता है जो पहले से स्पष्ट नहीं है।

• 🟨 A का प्रयोग: 🔹 A उन शब्दों से पहले आता है जिनका उच्चारण व्यंजन ध्वनि (consonant sound) से शुरू होता है।
• 📌 Examples:
• a boy – एक लड़का
• a car – एक कार
• a teacher – एक शिक्षक
• a university – एक यूनिवर्सिटी ✅ (ध्वनि "you-niversity" है)

नोट: A का प्रयोग वर्ण (letter) पर नहीं, ध्वनि (sound) पर आधारित होता है।

• 🟨 An का प्रयोग: 🔹 An उन शब्दों से पहले आता है जिनका उच्चारण स्वर ध्वनि (vowel sound: a, e, i, o, u) से शुरू होता है।
• 📌 Examples:
• an apple – एक सेब
• an elephant – एक हाथी
• an hour – एक घंटा ✅ (क्योंकि "hour" की ध्वनि "आवर" होती है)
• an honest man – एक ईमानदार व्यक्ति ✅

🔴 2. Definite Article – The (निश्चित अनुच्छेद)

🔹 The का प्रयोग विशेष (specific) व्यक्ति, वस्तु, स्थान, या समूह के लिए होता है, जिसे सुनने वाले या पढ़ने वाले को पहले से जानकारी हो।

🔹 The का प्रयोग कहाँ-कहाँ होता है? (Use of 'The')

❌ जहां Article नहीं लगता (No Article Cases):

1. सामान्य बहुवचन (general plural nouns):
• ✅ Dogs are loyal.
• ❌ The dogs are loyal. (अगर सभी कुत्तों की बात नहीं है)
2. Proper Nouns (व्यक्तिवाचक संज्ञा):
• ✅ India is a big country.
• ❌ The India ❌
3. Abstract nouns in general sense:
• ✅ Honesty is the best policy.
• ❌ The honesty ❌
